Oxford Carriers invests in its customer relationships

Oxford Carriers continues to nurture its valued relationships with existing customers and the results can be seen in the flurry of contract renewals which came in 2022.

“We have been busy with enquiries from new customers, and the storage and fulfilment business is growing apace,” says MD Grant Morris. “However, we always ensure that we can deliver the high quality service existing customers expect, and we invest continually to ensure that service stays ahead of growth.”

Oxford Carriers is examining ways to offer more value added services to customers in 2022.

Grant says: “We are looking forward to developing new areas of value for customers this year, through initiatives like the Customer Added Values. At Oxford Carriers, our goal is to maintain and perfect our trademark high standards of one-stop logistics service and that includes providing customers the best possible experience.”
